I had taken Ancestry DNA, 23&Me, and Family Tree DNA My Origins and even Living DNA and although all the results were interesting, in general I did not feel that they really reflected what I knew of my ancestry over the last 5 or 6 generations. I then took this test and was very pleased in that it revealed all those ethnicities which I knew were in my tree and in estimated amounts that made sense. .They also displayed your results in a captivating video with great music reflective of the ancestral regions you matched... We also received a comprehensive nutrition report indicating my genetic health concerns.

After research I found this is my option and I must say this is the best spent money in my life ever

I can honestly say that this product has helped me to create a diet that works best for me. The internet can be full of "fad" diets but often there is no way of predetermining if it will be successful or not. With LifeLink DNA, I was able to have a clear outline of what my DNA says is best! By finding that I am intolerant to lactose I was able to cut back on this in my diet and really get rid of a constant sluggish feeling.
